We support your decision to wear a face covering anytime when visiting the gym.  It is not required.  We ask that you continue to clean the equipment as you use it and be mindful of the other patrons and keep your distance when in the gym.

Shane Anderson

Shane Anderson has over 17 years experience as a personal trainer working with athletes and non-athletes of all ages.

He is a Performance Enhancement Specialist with certifications from NASM, ACE, and American Council of Exercise.

Shane loves all sports and earned a scholarship as a college basketball player.  While a college athlete he sustained an injury and it was during the recovery process that he was inspired to become a trainer.

He enjoys helping people overcome their challenges and accomplish their goals.
