Workout of the Week

Basic Strength Workout

This is a great whole body workout. Get a good sweaty warm up, then begin the first round with the 500 meter Row. The 2nd round starts with 400 meter Row and so on. Complete 4 total rounds and finish the workout with the Incworm / Stretch.
