We are OPEN and operating at 50% capacity at this time.   Any persons entering the gym are required to wear a face covering, and may feel free to remove it when working out unless 6 feet distance cannot be maintained with other persons in the gym.

Workout of the Week

Here’s a good one. Use the cardio after each round to get your muscles loose with the cardio. Work hard. Take the 10 seconds rest so you can HIT IT for the 20 seconds of work for all 8 rounds. AMRAP= As Many Reps As Possible.
