Body Blast class – Fridays at 9:20am

We are bringing a full body workout to your Friday mornings. Join Amber in this very concentrated and effective workout to strengthen your core, upper body, lower body, and endurance. Expect to use your body weight plus dumbells, stability balls, bands, and medicine balls to build bone strength and stamina. This class is low impact and very modifiable for all levels!
