PILATES Reformer sessions

Phenomenal workout for your “powerhouse”, (abs, lower back, hips, glutes). This workout also requires you to work against resistance that can be adjusted using the springs on the reformer, which builds strength, AND provides a terrific no-impact workout. Reformer training is a great tool for recovering from injury and strengthening the muscles around problematic joints to keep them strong (and injury-free).
