Workout Saturday mornings in November

“A Pre” Ski Conditioning Turf Workout

Cooler weather makes outside workouts the absolute best! Each Saturday in November, meet on the turf at 8:15 for a great strength & cardio interval workout. Get strong, sweat, and have a great time doing what your body needs.

Workouts are for all levels and open to everyone. Members are free, and we have a day pass for anyone who wants to join in the workout, but are not members yet.
