We are OPEN and operating at 50% capacity at this time.   Any persons entering the gym are required to wear a face covering, and may feel free to remove it when working out unless 6 feet distance cannot be maintained with other persons in the gym.

New Class coming in July

A great Ball, Bike, and Balance class with Julie is coming to Thursdays at Wild Basin Fitness. The stability ball is excellent for improving balance and joint stability. Work through this 50 minute workout using the bike for short cardio intervals, and the ball for full body & core strenth, stability, flexibility and more!
