Summer G.R.I.T time changes begin July 1st

Summer gets pretty quiet around the gym. For the next 2 months we will keep this lighter GRIT schedule due to light attendance in some classes. Saturdays will stay at 8am. Plan for a fun launch in September bringing back the full GRIT schedule, once everyone returns from their super Summer fun!!

Warmup with 1/2 Mile run or elliptical OR 100 meter Row. This is a ladder workout. Each round you add one more exercise into the circuit. Once you get to the round where you perform all the exercises, then you will begin to delete on exercise each round.
