Any persons entering the gym are required to wear a face covering, and may feel free to remove it when working out unless 6 feet distance cannot be maintained with other persons in the gym.

Starting this week! Pick up our log sheet at the front desk and start working. For all who complete this challenge we will have a wrap party thrown by ATHLETA at their Westgate location.
Warmup with 1/2 Mile run or elliptical OR 100 meter Row. This is a ladder workout. Each round you add one more exercise into the circuit. Once you get to the round where you perform all the exercises, then you will begin to delete on exercise each round.
Short and sweet workout for strength and muscle endurance. Rest longer than 15 seconds if needed. Have fun!
