Classes are offered in our Studio or On The Outdoor Turf. Join a community, not a facility. 20 / 20 / 20 Cycle Strength Core 20 / 20 / 20 This energizing and sweat-inducing workout is a comprehensive class with a generous dose of fun. The format begins with approximately 20 minutes of self-paced power cycling for cardio conditioning, leads into 20 minutes of sculpting and strength training using hand weights and/or our body weight and finishes with 20 minutes of core exercises and stretching. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels. Restorative Yoga Flexibility & Relaxation Restorative Yoga Rest, relax and melt into comfortable positions selected to release the tensions of the day, restore health, reduce stress and soothe the soul. The class is gentle and self-paced with an emphasis on attaining muscular relaxation by using props such as blocks and blankets for support. Strength & Sculpt Muscle-endurance Strength & Sculpt An efficient and effective total body workout with exercises to strengthen and sculpt the chest, back, shoulders, arms, hips, legs and core. Equipment used might include weights, kettlebells, bodyweight, bands and balls.Get ready to sweat your way to a leaner body! Strength & Stretch Strength & Flexibility Strength & Stretch A total body workout with strength exercises, using free weights, core training and stretching to help heal the muscles. This class is adaptable to all fitness levels. Sweat to Shred Muscle Endurance Sweat to Shred Total body endurance with a healthy dose of fun, fitness and perhaps some sweat! The class includes vertical cardio core segments alternating with strength and sculpting segments using our bodyweight and light to medium hand weights. The workout is modifiable, requires no experience and is appropriate for almost everyone. Sweatin' for the Weekend Muscle Endurance Sweat to Shred Total body endurance with a healthy dose of fun, fitness and perhaps some sweat! The class includes vertical cardio core segments alternating with strength and sculpting segments using our bodyweight and light to medium hand weights. The workout is modifiable, requires no experience and is appropriate for almost everyone.(same as Sweat to Shred, but on the Weekend!) Total Body Conditioning Cardio & Strength Total Body Conditioning A cardio intensive full body workout using a variety of equipment such as cardio pieces, weights, TRX, stability ball, kettlebell, dumbbells, battle ropes, etc.. This workout will help increase your cardio capability along with increasing muscle strength. The goal is to be able to recover and continuing to move through various strength exercises, while being motivated by energetic instructors and fun music! . Total Body Sculpt Strength Total Body Sculpt An efficient, effective and self-paced total workout with exercises to strengthen and sculpt the chest, shoulders, arms, hips, legs and core. Equipment used might include hand weights, bands, discs stability balls and more. Yoga Rise & Shine Flexibility & Relaxation Yoga Rise & Shine Start your day with a series of flowing positions and postures designed to awaken the body, clear the mind and refresh the spirit. Some moves will naturally build heat in the muscles leading to a great range of motion, enhanced flexibility, improved mobility and increased strength. Yoga: Foundations of Asana Therapeutic & Flexibility Yoga: Foundations of Asana Yoga is a basic art form. The key to safe and effective execution of yoga postures is a stage-appropriate methodology. Learn how to sequence and modify poses to get the most out of your practice. This class focuses on how to make asanas anatomically precise and aesthetically beautiful. The first half hour begins with a dharma discourse that explores yoga philosophy and its contemporary embodiments. We are never unconnected, just forgetful that we have a voice others can hear.
