From Yoga to PowerCycle, our fitness classes offer variety and challenge in a fun, welcoming environment. We livestream many of our classes. Try out a 20/20/20 fusion class, step-up to Kickboxing, or our own G.R.I.T. Training class. Stretch your limits in a REJUVENATE class, or relax in Restorative Yoga. Join our outdoor running class and hit the streets and trails of Steiner Ranch.  Classes are offered in our Studio or On The Outdoor Turf.

This energizing and sweat-inducing workout is a comprehensive class with a generous dose of fun. The format begins with approximately 20 minutes of self-paced power cycling for cardio conditioning, leads into 20 minutes of sculpting and strength training using hand weights and/or our body weight and finishes with 20 minutes of core exercises and stretching. Three formats in one!

This 45 minute full-body High Intensity workout will challenge you mentally and physically using dumbells, mats, and sometimes a step. You can expect to jump, stretch, lift, and push your way thru a calorie burning, muscle enduring cardio-heavy interval workout!

In this class, anything goes! You will be mentally and physically challenged using bands, medicine balls, stability balls, weights, and good old-fashioned calisthenics to get a total body strength, conditioning, and core workout, with a focus on muscle strength.

A HIIT style spin class with rhythm and soul!  This class utilizes the spin bikes and light weights.  Expect fun choreography on the bike, upper body sculpting, and a sweaty good time.  (for all fitness levels)

Indoor cycling is one of the best ways to burn calories and get your dose of cardio conditioning. The workout is low-impact and appropriate for almost everyone and since each rider is in control of the resistance and speed, everyone can choose to work hard or take it easy. Plus, there are no road hazards or bad weather conditions to get in your way. Join us as we take a guided journey through various terrains such as rolling hills, steep mountains, fast flats and bumpy roads with music providing motivation.

A cardio intensive full body workout using a variety of equipment such as cardio pieces, weights, TRX, stability ball, kettlebell, dumbbells, battle ropes, etc.. 
This workout will help increase your cardio capability along with increasing muscle strength.  The goal is to be able to recover and continuing to move through various strength exercises, while being motivated by energetic instructors and fun music!

Yoga is a basic art form. The key to safe and effective execution of yoga postures is a stage-appropriate methodology. Learn how to sequence and modify poses to get the most out of your practice. This class focuses on how to make asanas anatomically precise and aesthetically beautiful. The first half hour begins with a dharma discourse that explores yoga philosophy and its contemporary embodiments.
