Every weekday until July 31st your student can work on strength, endurance, balance, core & agility with our strength & conditioning coach, Morgan Prince. She has a passion for seeing the needs of each participant and helping them become a better, more complete and confident performer. From developing motor skills, overall well-being, to improving mental focus and leadership skills. This is where you want your student to train.

Per class: $25; Fridays only: $115 / 7 weeks (off July 4th)
