We are OPEN and operating at 50% capacity at this time.   Any persons entering the gym are required to wear a face covering, and may feel free to remove it when working out unless 6 feet distance cannot be maintained with other persons in the gym.

Shane Anderson

Shane Anderson has over 17 years experience as a personal trainer working with athletes and non-athletes of all ages.

He is a Performance Enhancement Specialist with certifications from NASM, ACE, and American Council of Exercise.

Shane loves all sports and earned a scholarship as a college basketball player.  While a college athlete he sustained an injury and it was during the recovery process that he was inspired to become a trainer.

He enjoys helping people overcome their challenges and accomplish their goals.
