We support your decision to wear a face covering anytime when visiting the gym.  It is not required.  We ask that you continue to clean the equipment as you use it and be mindful of the other patrons and keep your distance when in the gym.

Workout of the Week

 Challenge yourself this week and do as many rounds as possible of the 2 exercises in each set.  Perform each one back to back, keeping good form.  Recover as needed, but push yourself.  Try this workout again in a few weeks and see if you improve on the number of rounds you complete.
