Our Fall starts off with a great lineup of classes to help you work hard, and keep you fit and flexible.  Please take a look at our class schedule to plan your week of workouts, then sign in early for each class you plan to attend.  If you are having trouble signing in and using the MindBody app for class check in, please stop by the frontdesk with your  phone and let us help you.
