We support your decision to wear a face covering anytime when visiting the gym.  It is not required.  We ask that you continue to clean the equipment as you use it and be mindful of the other patrons and keep your distance when in the gym.

Workout of the Week – August 27, 2018

This workout is a great challenge.  Work as heavy as you can each round.  5 reps doesn’t seem like much, but when working with heavy enough weights, you will get a great cardio effect too!  Go for it and let us know what you think.
