We support your decision to wear a face covering anytime when visiting the gym.  It is not required.  We ask that you continue to clean the equipment as you use it and be mindful of the other patrons and keep your distance when in the gym.

Daily Workout – Monday, 3/23

Try this strength workout from Ryan. You will need Dumbells &/or Kettlebells, and plan for a 50 second Cardio Burst (Run, Bike, Row machine) Perform each exercise for the number of reps, then do the cardio blast before returning to perform the next exercise.
