We are OPEN and operating at 50% capacity at this time.   Any persons entering the gym are required to wear a face covering, and may feel free to remove it when working out unless 6 feet distance cannot be maintained with other persons in the gym.

Class Schedule changes coming in August

We are adjusting our class schedule. PoweCycle is coming to Sunday mornings; B3 (Ball, Bike, Balance) moves to Tuesday mornings, and Pilates will be offered Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. We will continue to have Pop Up workouts on Saturday mornings at 8:15 in August to showcase a variety of styles.
