Your student will be trained on strength, endurance, balance, core & agility with our strength & conditioning coach, Morgan Prince. Coach Prince has a passion for seeing the needs of each participant and helping them become a better, more complete and confident performer. From developing motor skills, overall well-being, to improving mental focus and leadership skills.
During this unpredictable time with virtual learning, we are flexible in our training times. If you have a small group, or would like for your student to work in a group we put together, please give Morgan a call. She can answer questions and schedule your student.
