At Wild Basin, we train all levels of athletes using our B.A.S.E.S. training program (Balance, Agility, Strength, Endurance, and Speed). From beginners to professionals, we have group and individual programs to boost your athletic performance.
Our beginner athletes in elementary and middle school focus on the fundamentals. Using body weight and age-appropriate exercises, our trainers build strength and confidence, both on and off the field. These programs prepare our athletes for all competitive sports.
We step-up the challenge for our high school athletes, preparing them for competitive success and personal growth. With more emphasis on strength and endurance, these athletes become fearsome competitors and leaders in their athletic, academic, and social environments.
College and Pro Athletes
Many of our student athletes go on to compete at the collegiate level and into professional sports. Our trainers work 1:1 and in small groups with these elite athletes, helping them with sport-specific programs as well as improving their overall athletic performance and conditioning.
