Our classes include H.I.I.T workouts, Barre, Sculpting, Cycling, Pilates, Yoga Fusion, Meditation, Kickboxing and more. Many of our members have been here more than over 10 years and still enjoy life to the fullest.

We are fortunate to have 2 areas for classes - our Studio indoors and The Turf outdoors. The schedule above reflects all classes with limited capacity. On Mindbody, each class will list a location: "Studio" capacity is 12; "Turf" capacity is 20, until we receive further notice. Sign up through the Mindbody app as you did before for Studio, Turf, or Virtual attendance. We will live stream various classes for your convenience. In MindBody, the Virtual classes will be titled "LIVE STREAM ONLY" and have a stream symbol.
