We offer a variety of classes that allow you to get a balance of workouts every week. Our instructors are second to none and well respected in the fitness community.

In-Studio & LIVE STREAM classes

We are open and working out indoors, and outide on the turf. Fitness classes will incorporate in-person with our live stream classes.  Select the button below to Register and get directed to log in through MindBody (3rd party app for our classes). For streaming,  Once you book your class, you will receive a confirmation email with a Zoom link  & password to join the class.  You may need to download an app to log in and register.   For most of these classes you will need a mat, towel, and water.  If you have dumbbells, keep 'em close!

We are fortunate to have 2 areas for classes - our Studio indoors and The Turf outdoors. The schedule above reflects all classes with limited capacity.  On Mindbody, each class will list a location:  "Studio" capacity is 12; "Turf" capacity is 20, until we receive further notice.  Sign up through the Mindbody app as you did before for Studio, Turf, or Virtual attendance. We will live stream various classes for your convenience.  In MindBody, the Virtual classes will be titled "LIVE STREAM ONLY" and have a stream symbol.
