The format begins with approximately 20 minutes of self-paced power cycling for cardio conditioning, leads into 20 minutes of sculpting and strength training using hand weights and/or our body weight and finishes with 20 minutes of core exercises and stretching. Our gym is open from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM on weekdays and from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM on weekends. We offer flexible hours to accommodate all our members' schedules.
