The class is gentle and self-paced with an emphasis on attaining muscular relaxation by using props such as blocks and blankets for support. You'll calm your mind, find serenity and leave class with a sense of inner peace.
Start your day with a series of flowing positions and postures designed to awaken the body, clear the mind and refresh the spirit. Some moves will naturally build heat in the muscles leading to a great range of motion, enhanced flexibility, improved mobility and increased strength.
Func/Mob is a 50 minute functional mobility session taught on the turf by our in house Chiropractor Dr. Logan Reiff.

Our gym is open from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM on weekdays and from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM on weekends. We offer flexible hours to accommodate all our members' schedules.

Our gym is equipped with state-of-the-art fitness equipment, spacious locker rooms with showers, a sauna, a steam room, and a relaxation lounge. We also provide complimentary towel service and free Wi-Fi.
Our gym is open to individuals aged 16 and older. Members under 18 require parental consent. We also offer specialized programs and classes for seniors and youth.
