I earned a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science with a specialization in personal training from The University of Texas at Austin. With all of the unorganized information online, I work constantly to compile the most essential and effective health/fitness methods to provide a holistic approach to your individual routine.

Regardless of your physical ability or exercise experience, when you apply the techniques and skills from our training sessions, you will experience increased body strength, coordination, mental clarity/fortitude, and ultimately live your life in and on purpose!

Training Offer(s)

Personal Training: $105/session

*Includes 60 minute training sessions with logs of all your training metrics/numbers, nutritional suggestions, and contact outside of sessions.

Group Training: $50/person

*Includes 60 minutes of competitive and enjoyable group training experience, and contact outside of sessions.

*Groups are capped at 2-5 people.

Summer Training: $600 for 4 weeks of training or $1000 for 8 weeks of training

*Summer Camp Training begins in June to prepare your athletes for their upcoming school/sports season.

*Training is held Monday - Thursday mornings at Wild Basin Fitness turf

*Includes a wonderful environment for young athletes to build proper technique in exercise, strength training, agility, and coordination.

What are your gym's hours of operation?

Our gym is open from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM on weekdays and from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM on weekends. We offer flexible hours to accommodate all our members' schedules.

What types of membership plans do you offer?

We offer a variety of membership plans to suit different needs and budgets, including Standard and Premium plans. Standard plans provide access to our facilities and basic classes, while Premium plans include additional benefits such as personal training sessions, specialized classes, and wellness programs.

Do you offer personal training sessions?

Yes, we offer personal training sessions with certified trainers who will work with you to create a personalized fitness plan tailored to your goals. Personal training is available as part of our Premium membership or as an add-on to other membership plans.

What amenities are available at your gym?

Our gym is equipped with state-of-the-art fitness equipment, spacious locker rooms with showers, a sauna, a steam room, and a relaxation lounge. We also provide complimentary towel service and free Wi-Fi.

Are there any age restrictions for joining the gym?

Our gym is open to individuals aged 16 and older. Members under 18 require parental consent. We also offer specialized programs and classes for seniors and youth.
